The Beloved doesn't care
if you can
stand on your head
with one hand
tied behind your back,
meditate for five hours,
go to church
every Sunday,
don't drink wine,
shave your head,
grow a beard,
or wear those
special orange outfits
all the time.
He just wants
a little appreciation.
He just wants
to know
you love Him
a little bit.
